Fire Season Wellness gives you choices about the optional information and communications you use.
Account and My Forest choices
- Access or correct account information where available.
- Remove individual My Forest entries.
- Request deletion or export of account information, subject to information we are legally required or permitted to retain.
- Choose what optional labels and notes you enter.
Avoid entering medical records or other highly sensitive information in My Forest notes.
Location and browser choices
- Use a manually entered ZIP code or general area instead of precise device location where available.
- Decline or revoke device-location permission in your browser or device settings.
- Manage cookies, stored site data, and notification permissions in your browser settings.
Alerts and communications
Account creation does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. Environmental or safety alerts, browser notifications, email notifications, newsletters, and promotional communications may require separate choices. Optional emails include their available unsubscribe method.
California privacy requests
California residents may have rights concerning personal information under applicable law, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other applicable privacy choices. Fire Season Wellness will not discriminate against users for exercising rights provided by applicable law.
